Currently LAI Games Manufacturing has a 250+ team of Production and R&D staff based in Tigaraksa Tangerang Indonesia as part of our 10,000m2 factory with bonded area facility. This team manufactures and develops game ideas and concepts and brings these concepts to reality, starting from raw ideas or rough sketches and developing these into production ready arcade games. We are looking to recruit talented for Production Manager. Successful applicants would work as members of our Team located in our manufacturing facility in Tigaraksa Tangerang . PRODUCTION MANAGER (PM) The skills we require A strong Leadership, desire and drive to develop innovative and creative team Ability to create new methods and monitor efficiency and maintainable , as well as mentor the production team to do the same Solid experience in mechanical manufacturing Thorough knowledge of manufacturing process including production planning control , mechanical design for sheet metal construction and dynamic parts Strong management system background, with a thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2008 Strong problem solving, trouble-shooting and debugging skills Ability to provide reliable production schedule estimates, and manage the manpower and material of requirement. Familiar in using 3D-AutoCad software and similar program.
